Data, purposes and lawful basis

Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and security events, to deliver and protect this site. The operator relies where applicable on legitimate interests in secure website operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you email us, we handle the contact details you provide, your message and our replies to respond to your request. The basis may be legitimate interests, steps you request before entering into a contract or a legal obligation depending on the circumstances. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, DNS, security and email forwarding. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail to contact@synvelio.com into an operator-controlled personal Google Gmail account that also holds private correspondence; it is not Google Workspace. The providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their applicable privacy and international-transfer terms are described in their published notices.

Retention

General informational inquiries are ordinarily kept for no longer than 24 calendar months after the latest message in the entire conversation. The operator reviews eligible correspondence manually and moves qualifying conversations to Gmail Trash, where they are normally recoverable for another 30 days. New incoming or outgoing replies restart the period. Personal, mixed or uncertain conversations are not deleted as a whole. Active relationships, contracts, invoices, legal claims and mandatory records may require other periods. Automatic email deletion is not enabled.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not run Google Analytics 4 or other optional analytics. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical or security cookies. Any future optional analytics will require updated disclosures and appropriate consent controls before activation.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@synvelio.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority such as Hungary’s NAIH.
